COLESLAW WITH GREEN ONIONS

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups finely chopped cabbage
  2. 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  3. 1/4 cup chopped green onions

 

For Dressing:

  1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  4. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Dice the cabbage and carrots or chop in food processor. Slice green onions by hand, set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the myonnaise dressing. Whisk until smooth.

Add in cabbage, onions and carrots. Mix well until everything is throughly combined.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
