BANANA GINGER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  1. 1 banana sliced
  2. 3/4 cup yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  4. 1 teaspoon honey
  5. 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

 

Intructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, then serve.
