FRIED CABBAGE WITH SHRIMP SAUSAGE & BACON
Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1 head, chopped
- Shrimp 1 lb, peeled
- Sausage, 1 lb, sliced
- Bacon 6 strips, chopped
- Onion 1 diced
- Garlic 2 cloves, minced
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Bacon:
In a large skillet, render and remove.
Saute:
Sausage, onion, and garlic in bacon fat
Combine:
Add cabbage, cook until tender. Mix in shrimp until pink.
Serve:
Top with bacon.
