FRIED CABBAGE WITH SHRIMP SAUSAGE & BACON

Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage 1 head, chopped
  2. Shrimp 1 lb, peeled
  3. Sausage, 1 lb, sliced
  4. Bacon 6 strips, chopped
  5. Onion 1 diced
  6. Garlic 2 cloves, minced
  7. Pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Cook Bacon:

In a large skillet, render and remove.

Saute:

Sausage, onion, and garlic in bacon fat

Combine:

Add cabbage, cook until tender. Mix in shrimp until pink.

Serve:

Top with bacon.
