HIBACHI NOODLES
Igredients:
- 400 gram cooked udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions:
Saute:
Heat butter, saute garlic until fragrant.
Stir Fry:
Add noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Cook until caramelized.
Garnish:
Garnish with spring onions and serve.
