1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice and add more as needed to slightly thin the smoothie.
1 cup frozen banana
2 dates
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop of Kids Daily Essentials Nutrition Powder Shake Mix
A few ice cubes
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen sliced banana, creamy peanut butter, dates, cinnamon, nutritional shake mix and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a drizzle of peanut butter or sliced banana if desired.
