KIWI BANANA SMOOTHIE

Igredients:

  1. 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  2. 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  4. 1/2 cup almond milk
  5. 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  6. Ice cubes

 

Instructions:

Add the kiwis, banana, greek yogurt and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add honey to taste and ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie.

Blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is well mixed.

Pour into a glass and serve.
