Prepare the zinger sauce by whisking all ingredients together in a bowl..
In a shallow dish mix together, flour, paprika , garlic powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper (if using).
Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then the eggs and finally the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and crispy, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Assemble the burgers by placing a fried chicken breast on each hamburger bun.
Add lettuce. tomato, cheese (if using) and a dollop of zinger sauce.
Serve immediatly and enjoy.
