BANANA OATS SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a mixture, grind & mix it then serve.
