PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

Igredients:

  1. 2 lbs chicken wings, split
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. Salt & pepper to taste
  4. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  5. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  7. 1 teaspoon lemon zest

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 dergree celsius. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack over it.

Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange on the wire rack.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and crisp.

Mix parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley and lemon zest in a bowl.

Toss the baked wings in the parmesan mixture until well coated.

Serve immediately.
