CUCUMBER MINT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  1. 16 oz water
  2. 1 medium cucumber
  3. 1 handful of spinach
  4. 1 cup frozen pineapple
  5. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  6. 1/4 cup walnuts
  7. 2 scoops prebiotic fiber (optional)
  8. 2 scoops of collagen (optional)

 

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve.
