CHUNKY MONKEY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey (optional for added sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ice (optional for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey (if using), vanilla extract, greek yogurt and ice (if using).
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
