REGULAR VEGETABLE SOUP
Ingredients:
- 1 onion chopped
- Olive oil
- 1 carrot, grated
- Green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper diced
- Diced 3 potatoes
- 1.2 liters (6 cups) water
Instructions:
Stir fry vegetables light.
Add water (6 cups) and reduce it to 4 cups.
Taste it if any adjustment required and complete the preparation.
