POTATO EGG SALAD
Igredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions:
Mix:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery and onion.
Dress:
Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Chill:
Refrigerate before serving.
Garnish:
Sprinkle with paprika.
