MUSHROOMS & ASPARAGUS STIR FRY

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups mushroom slices
  2. 1 asparagus bunch, sliced about 2 inches
  3. 1/2 onion, sliced
  4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon butter
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a pan heat oil and melts the butter.

Saute the onion till translucent.

Add garlic and saute till fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and stir fry to 2-3 minutes.

Then add the asparagus, soy sauce.

Mix well and stir fry for another 2 minutes until tender.

Season with salt and pepper if needed.
