WHEY PEANUT BUTTER HIGH PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients:

  1. 500 ml whole milk or almond milk or soy milk
  2. 2 scoops whey protein powder or plant protein powder
  3. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  4. 2 medium size bananas
  5. 2 almonds, chopped for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with chopped almonds at the top of it.

Serve half portion of this shake at a time.
