WHEY PEANUT BUTTER HIGH PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients:
- 500 ml whole milk or almond milk or soy milk
- 2 scoops whey protein powder or plant protein powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 medium size bananas
- 2 almonds, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with chopped almonds at the top of it.
Serve half portion of this shake at a time.
