Dice the cabbage and carrots or chop in food processor. Sliced green onions by hand and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the mayonnaise dressing (mayonnaise/ sugar/ bettermilk/ vinegar). Whisk until smooth.
Add in cabbage, onions and carrots. Mix well until everything is throughly combined.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or eat it right away.
