STANDING QUADRICEPS STRETCH

1. Stand straight and feets together.

2. Bend your one leg behind you and grasp the foot with the same side hand.

3. Now pull your heel towards same side buttocks until you feel the stretch in your bend leg thigh.

4. Your bend leg knee should not move behind the other leg knee.

5. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat with other leg.

 

Target Muscles:

  1. Rectus femoris
  2. Vestus medialis
  3. Vestus intermedius
  4. Vestus lateralis
