1. Stand vertically with one arm at your side and the other arm reaching backward in the plane of your shoulder facing palm forward.

2. Bring your extended arm forward in a horizontal plane and as your arm reaches the front of your body at the time pointing forward, place the opposite hand and wrist under and around the moving arm and continue the movement by gently assisting the presure of the arm across your chest.

3. Repeat on the other side.
