1. Spread your legs widely apart and slightly bend your knees. Hands on your knees and lean your upper body forward at a 45 degree angle to the floor while weight evenly distributed        on both of your legs.

2. Now, alternatively leaning from side to side while bending your one side knee and extending the other one. Keep your hips back and your shoulders and chest facing forward.
