Caffeine is widely known stimulant and should be avoided four to six hours before going to bed. But did you know that alcohol is too?

It's true that a glass of wine might make you feel sleepy, but late night alcohol consumption tends to increase the number of times you wake up throughout the night and generally results in poorer sleep quality.

To help improve sleep quality, it's a good idea to avoid alcohol or limit yourself one or two drinks atleast 3 hours before bed time.
