1. Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet close together under your hips. Your spine should be in a neutral position and keep your head and chest up. Look forward when your elbows slightly bent and your palm facing forward. Now lightly hold the handles of the jump rope keeping your elbows at your sides and keep the rope behind your heels.

 

2. Now rotate your wrists backward and upward, bringing the rope up behind your body and over your head. Jump just enough to allow the rope to pass beneath your feet and repeat.

 

3. There will be a vertical translation of your entire body simultaneously, while your wrist rotate in a forward direction.
