Research shows Coffee's bitterness may stimulate stomach acid production, yet it Doesn't seem to cause digestive issues for most people.

Coffee can boost cortisol production, which is naturally released in the morning upon waking up. However, frequent coffee drinkers might experience a reduced response to this natural cortisol release.

Cortisol is the body's stress hormone. Regulate metabolism, immune response and blood pressure. Peaking in the morning to aid in waking up and responding to stressors throughout the day.

Most healthy adults can safely consume upto 400 milligrams of caffeine throughout the day. Which is the caffeine content found 4 cups of coffee, but i recommend not to consume more than 3 cups per day.
