Today, as we see most of us are aware of Physical Fitness, but most of them are exactly don't know what should be the level to achieve to be fit respectively. Here, they determine their fitness by influencing from someones bulky figure, loosing fat or weight, toning figure or your coach advice you to obtain any perticular lavel of fitness without understanding your actual need of fitness.

Do you know, what actual Physical Fitness is and by understanding this you should determine your need of fitness before starting any fitness regime.

Physical Fitness is a state of Health and Well-being and more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical Fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate to vigorous physical exercise and sufficient rest along with a formal recovery plan.

Before the Industrial Revolution, Fitness was defined as the capacity to carry out the day's activities without undue fatigue or lethargy. However with automation and changes in lifestyles, Phyical Fitness is now considered a measure of the body's ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, improve immune system and to meet emergency situations.

So, before start your Fitness Regime, you must consider that, do you have any perticular goal to achieve in fitness and sports, or you need to achieve and maintain fitness level to participate in your daily activities actively, or you need both of them and are you capable to start this journey from your present health status.
