KNEE TO CHEST HUG

1. Lie down supine with your legs together and arms outstretched.

2. Bend your right knee and bring it to your chest while clasping your hands together to hold your knee, then hold for 5 seconds.

3. Return to starting position and do it with other leg.

 

Target Muscles:

  1. Glutus maximus
  2. Glutus minimus
  3. Latismus dorsi
