Did you know that Meditation provides the nervous system a rest that is five times deeper than sleep ??

It might sound unbelievable, but it's true. Studies have shown that the deep rest achieved during meditation helps to reset and rejuvenate the nervous system in ways sleep alone can not.

I have experienced Meditation's benefits over and over myself.

Not only that, but Meditation can increase stem cells, increase brain connections, regulate inflammation, increase focus and productivity, improve your quality of sleep.

Meditation is like any other skill. You have got to put in the time and effort, but it gets easier once you make it a daily habit and begin seeing the benefits.

Not sure how to start ??

Sit on cross legged, close your eyes and your mouth, breathe in slowly through your nose to the count of five, hold to the count of three and then slowly breathe out to the count of five.

Do this five times.
